Studies of dental medicine at the faculty of dental medicine at the University of Sao Paulo (UNIP). Degree and approbation in Brasil in 1995.

Specialist education in oral surgery at the clinic and policlinic for oral-maxillofacial surgery (OMS):
1996-1998 at the Westphalian Wilhelms-University of Münster under Prof Dr Dr Dr hc U. Joos
1998-1999 at the Charité Campus Virchow of Berlin under Prof Dr mult J. Bier.

Obtaining the doctoral degree at the University of Münster in 1999, dissertation on ‘Putting implants after a traumatic loss of teeth’.

Official approval to work as an oral surgeon in 1999.

Further training at the Royal London Hospital and Queen Mary University Hospital, London 2000.
Since 2001 doctor in own medical group practice together with Dr MD Peter Gorenflos.

Authorization to work as an instructor

Two years in oral surgery.
